Key Therapy Associates comprises a number of skilful, experienced professionals in the field of mental health All professionals work under supervision and are accredited by recognised professional bodies.
The main aim is to provide psychological and psychiatric assessment and a range of psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness based CBT, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desentisation Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Couples therapy, Narrative Attachment Therapy and Family Therapy. Key Therapy Associates are able to treat a variety of psychological difficulties including work stress, depression, generalised anxiety, travel anxiety, PTSD, health anxiety, OCD, phobias, relationship difficulties, sexual difficulties, eating disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, anger problems, substance misuse, addiction problems, low self-esteem and confidence. Our professionals help people to adjust to major life events such as divorce, death or ill-health. We work with people who experienced traumatic events in childhood such as child sexual abuse. We work with people who are diagnosed with personality disorders.

DR. A. ZANDVOORT
The Clinical Director of Key Therapy Associates, Dr Jenkins (CPsychol, BSc Hons, AFBPsS) is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
She is also an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Dr Peerbhoy (BSc Hons, PhD Psychological Medicine, PG Diploma CBT) is a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP), with a background in psychological medicine. She has a longstanding interest in health and wellbeing, which she has pursued through study, community and NHS-based research and evaluation, teaching and clinical practice.
Dr Zandvoort (CPsychol.,PsychD., Msc., Bsc.Hons) is registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC- PY22828) as a Counselling Psychologist and a full member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). In her practice she applies mainly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approaches (CBT) and Mindfulness.
Dr Susan Bates CPsychol DClinPsy MSc MA BA (Hons) is a Senior Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 19+ years experience. She is registered with the HCPC regulatory body and offers support, assessment & treatment for a wide range of emotional & mental health issues.
Phil (BA Hons) is a qualified Humanistic Transactional Analysis counsellor. His experience has been gained through working with the NHS as a voluntary counsellor together with local agencies working with a variety of clients.
Elizabeth is a Psychotherapist (BSc Hons, Dip Couns) who works integratively using a person centred and psychodynamic approach. She is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Dr Choudhury (CPsychol, DPsych, PG Dip CBT, BA Hons) is a Chartered Practitioner Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
Dr Albert is a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist. Albert’s academic qualifications include: BA, BA Hons, MA, DLit et Phil, PhD (Education), Clinical Diploma and MSc Integrative Psychotherapy, Advanced University Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Studies, and London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
